Will your full- or part-time business be less than 2 years old in December 2025? If so, we are looking for business owners and freelancers who want a creative approach to growing their businesses.
We love working with creative businesses, but welcome all business types in the Shed - our members have included an HR consultant, a musician, a nutritionist, an artisan food producer, an independent magazine publisher, a leadership coach, a copywriter and a videographer!
PLUS for the first time this year, there will be one FREE seat available for a charity, CIC or social enterprise that will be under 2 years old in December 2025.
You can expect sessions to cover topics such as:
Creating a compelling brand story to engage your audience
Understanding how to build a business vision and strategy
Structuring your offering map
Creating simple marketing paths
the finance low down
Automation and the customer experience
Content creation
Creative thinking for business growth
There will be 10 sessions in total, and the Start Up Shed programme costs just £297 + vat, payable in three instalments.
And… drumroll and fanfare please… applications are now open for the Start Up Shed that starts in January 2025.
Sessions are 90 minutes and take place online every fortnight, starting Thursday 9th January 2025. Please make sure you can attend the sessions before applying.
Applying does not guarantee you a seat, nor does it commit you to one.
Applications need to be submitted by Friday 15th November 2024; we will be assessing all applications and will notify the successful applicants by the 25th November. Applications are assessed on a number of different criteria and our decision is final, so no sulking or blowing raspberries please.
