The Business Shed is our online business growth club, bringing together strategy, business skills and insights and accountability with a creative, practical approach to help you grow your business.
The Shed gives members focused, dedicated time to work on their business every month. it is packed with ideas and tools that we have designed to help you run and grow your business, in a creative, simple, effective way.
Business Shed membership includes:
A monthly 90 minute Shed session, where we share a new skill or tool for your business owners tool kit and you will get time to focus on your strategy and prioritise your growth actions, with some accountability thrown in for good measure. All the tools have a creative approach to help you think differently about your business.
Shed45. New members can book a Shed45 at any point in their membership – a 45 minute 1-2-1 session with Jodie on a business topic of your choice
There are five Sheds to chose from each month, running the same content – so you can just pick the one that suits you best as your home Shed (depending on capacity). And there is flexibility to attend another Shed meeting if you cannot attend your home Shed, plus access to the meeting recording.
Open Shed sessions three times a month. This is an optional one hour monthly online session where members are invited to pop in, ask questions, check in with their actions or just meet other members.
Quarterly Dig Deeper sessions. Every quarter in place of an Open Shed is a Dig Deeper session - a creative, practical workshop on a business growth topic
Annual strategic planning. In the last quarter of the year, we work on a full strategic review and plan for the next year, so you can really start the new year with clarity and momentum.
The Business Shed is a great place for small business owners to come together, have time each month to move their business forward, get accountability, and inject new thinking and practical ideas into their approach.

Shed2 is flexible: You can take Shed2 membership for a minimum of 6 months, or let it run for as long as you need. At any point after 6 months you can switch back to regular Shed membership. it is perfect for when you are building toward a launch, have a specific set of business challenges you wish to solve to want to focus on strategy and ideas to quickly level up your business with a creative and practical approach.

How do I become a Business Shed member?
Once you are ready to join, membership is a monthly fee of £58 ex vat (£69.60 inc vat). There is no minimum time commitment: we know things change, and whilst we encourage our members to stay in the Shed as we continually bring new skills and strategic ideas to the table, you may close your membership at any time.
Every new member can take advantage of a Shed45: a 45 minute online session with Jodie to work together on any aspect of your business: from helping you create a stand-out brand story to getting new ideas on a business challenge you are facing. (Shed45 subject to terms and conditions which are supplied on joining).
Shed2 membership is £249 + vat per month (£298.80 inc vat).
